Simply put, we guarantee you’re happy with your website or you don’t pay!

During the design process, we build your site on one of InfiNet Marketing’s production servers. As the site comes together, you will receive updates so you can check on progress in real time. During the design process, this is your chance to make changes and suggestions so you receive exactly what you want. When you’re satisfied and give final approval, final payment is due and the website goes live. This process takes 4-6 business days.

If you are not happy with the way the design process is going, you can request a refund of your deposit anytime before your site is live or within the first 30 days, which ever comes first. After final approval, final payment and when your site goes live, no refund will be issued.

Does that mean we’ll spend 100 hours on a $750 web design job? Of course it doesn’t. We’ve found that daily, open communication during the design process eliminates needless hours tweaking the site after it’s live. We will be happy to make 1 or 2 minor changes during the first 60 days at no cost. Additional changes to the site will be billed at $50 per hour, with a minimum charge of $25.
